中國人的最幸運的數字是8, 北京奧林匹克將开始在世紀的第八年的第八個月的第八天的8pm。 但是，numerologists 指出2008年結果是中國的一極端不幸的年。在1月，數千萬人民准备回到他們的故鄉渡中國新年， 25日，飛雪和暴風雪覆蓋了北方，阻礙鐵路。稍後3月14日，在西藏首都拉薩噴發的抗議和中國被全球譴責。 然后地震在5月12日觸擊了。当这三個災害中的每一的日期個加起来时，結果是8。

Science is a particular way of understanding the natural world. Science is based on the premise that our senses or the use of instruments to obtain accurate information. The purpose of science is to improve our living standards or environment, e.g. invention of electricity. Science allows us freedom to explore and wonder.

We should question on everything. We should ask ourselves: Why this happens? What are the causes? What are the outcomes? Why not? How did it happen? Who did it? Where did it take place?

Scientific claims are based on testing explanations against observations of the natural world and rejecting the ones that fail the test. Scientific claims are subject to peer review and replication.

Scientific knowledge is collected by Scientific Methods - question - hypothesis - procedure - data - conclusions.

In most cases, it is not that simple. We often have to reject our hypothesis and modify the original hypothesis. We then design new experiments to prove the new modified hypothesis. The whole process to invent, to discover or to obtain new knowledge may take years.

Theory is NOT a guess.

Theories, based on evidence, consist sets of explanations on certain issues or aspects of nature, allow us to make valid predictions, and have been tested in many ways.

Theories are supported and tested, but they can also be rejected or modified if new evidence appears. Examples of major scientific theories are gravitational theory and evolutionary theory.

In the World Economic Forum, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said to Israeli President Shimon Peres, "I find it very sad that people applaud what you said. You killed people. And I think that it is very wrong."

Peres was passionate in his defense of Israel's three-week offensive against Hamas militants.

"Why did they fire rockets? There was no siege against Gaza," Peres said, his voice rising in emotion. "Why did they fight us, what did they want? There was never a day of starvation in Gaza."

The heated debate with Israel and Turkey at the center was significant because of the key role Turkey has played as a moderator between Israel and Syria.

"You kill people," Erdogan told the 85-year-old Israeli leader. "I remember the children who died on beaches. I remember two former prime ministers who said they felt very happy when they were able to enter Palestine on tanks."

Erdogan, 54, was attempting to respond to Peres’s defense of the military actions after the session had run over its scheduled time yesterday and the moderator tried to cut him off. Erdogan protested that he was being given less time than Peres, said he would not return to Davos and quickly left the stage. [2]

Mr. Peres pointed at the departing Mr. Erdogan and said Turkey would have reacted the same way had rockets been falling on Istanbul, participants said.

Mr. Peres called Mr. Erdogan five minutes later to apologize for any misunderstanding, saying that his words had not been directed at the prime minister personally, the semiofficial Anatolian News Agency reported. [3]

The Turkish leader was warmly greeted by a jubiliant crowd of more than 5,000 supporters, many waving Turkish and Palestinian flags, who flooded Istanbul's airport when his plane touched down about 2 a.m. Friday.

中國基督教播道會恩福堂主任牧師蘇穎智在去年的復活節，與一位他在11年前帶領歸主，且在內地做生意很成功的弟兄交 談。那位弟兄被認識了19年的市長邀請幫忙建設一座新城市，並為佔地7平方公里的新城建設全球最大的物流業中心。這弟兄因他會暈機浪，故不想參與。但市長 願意撥出一塊在河兩岸的美地發展主題公園。當時蘇牧師就說：若這工作影響你與神，與家人的關係；並個人的身，心，靈的健康，便不值得去；除非那市長容許你建「聖經主題公園」，便很有價值！想不到一句夢話，竟可成真。去年4月神預備了市委書記的心，在與蘇牧師的一席話中，談及聖經其中最重要的主題：「和諧」，這開啓聖經可以作主題公園的藍本；那市長說：中國到處都有聖經賣，為甚麼不可以？隨即邀請他們到鐵嶺參觀；跟著也有幾位官員與他們一起遊覽以色列，連串的神蹟叫他們不能不相信是出於神！其後報章報導：胡錦濤，溫家寶領導的班子以「和諧」為全國指導方針之後；在半年內，神就陸續帶領適合的人加入團隊，預備建設主題公園了。

再看 蘇穎智表示，修訂家暴條例會助長歪風，擔心政府下一步會修改婚姻條例，承認同性婚姻，並指若同性同居者需受保護，易服者及變性者亦會爭取同樣權利，長遠會令愛滋病蔓延。[3]

當選之前

民主黨在去年立法 會選舉前，黃成智曾簽署一份選舉承諾，支持將同性同居者納入家暴條例的保障範圍。[2]

黃成智當選議員後，卻以自己的基督教信仰為由，要求在法案表決時豁免投 票支持，並私下動員宗教團體反對修訂。此舉引起其他泛民黨派和人權團體非議，指該黨違反選舉承諾，出爾反爾。............

黃成智循民主黨的名單當選，得益於黨的資源和扶持，有義務接受黨的集體決定。但當選後，他才就家暴條例與民主黨「唱反調」，背叛了自己的政黨和選民。[2]

天主教香港教區主教陳日君樞機昨發出通告，指民主黨要求黃成智投支持票的行動違反民主精神，對此感到驚訝。[4]

Malmo's (Sweden) Jewish community and Sweden's Democratic Party organized a rally at the city's main square. Hundreds of people took part in the rally in support of Israel. Protestors carried signs that said 'Stop eight years of Qassams' and 'Peace for children in Israel and Gaza'. [1]

However, a number of pro-Palestinian protestors took to the streets in retaliation to the approved rally. About a half an hour after the protest began, pro-Palestinian protestors began to throw eggs, bottles, and even a tear gas grenade. [1]

Finally, this rally was torn apart!

In addition to the civilian death toll, Israel has faced international criticism for its use of white phosphorous, and for shelling attacks that struck United Nations schools and installations that were serving as shelters. [2]

Although the use of phosphorous weapons to light up the night or to create smoke screens masking troops is permitted by international law, Amnesty International has accused Israel of committing a war crime by firing the munitions in densely populated areas. [2]

Israeli, Palestinian and international human rights groups have said they are seeking to build a case that Israel violated the laws of war. The groups are focusing on suspicions that Israel used disproportionate force and failed to protect civilians. [2]

What I saw from the news was ---- Israel used advanced mass-destructive weapons to destroy buildings and kill civilians.

Thursday night's episode of "Grey's Anatomy" in which a doctor suffered a fractured penis during intercourse with a colleague. [1]

In reality, penile fracture does happen.

Bouya PA, a doctor from France, reported four cases of penile fracture. The mechanisms of fracture were coital injury in 2 cases and masturbation in 2 cases. Three patients were treated by surgery and one medically. Surgery consisted of a longitudinal elective incision, followed by evacuation of the haematoma and suture of the tunica albuginea.In the 3 operated patients, all lesions were transverse sections of the tunica albuginea. A good functional result was obtained in operated patients, but could not be evaluated in the medically treated patient. [2]

你話: 先有雞，還是先有蛋？

吳宣倫博士智慧回答令153佛教學校學生信主

吳宣倫博士剛剛踏上一間佛教中學的講台，女校長就問他：「既然你是科學家，那麽可否先解釋一下是先有鶏呢，還是先有鶏蛋呢？」[1] 吳宣倫博士心裏想：這個問題我聽到了幾十年了。如何回答呢？又不能下台，不想在學生面前低頭，於是他只能舉目望天，如耶穌向父禱告的樣子，求神說：「父神啊，我知道成事在天，在祢凡事都能。」他繼續說：「不是先有雞也不是先有蛋，而是——先有一隻公鷄和一隻母鶏。」

是先有蛋... 可憐那105位學生

我的天呀...吳宣倫博士自稱讀過"進化論", 又自稱是科學家, 竟然不知-> "配種混合", 或"DNA mutation"! 在科學角度----是先有蛋!  那麽基本的中學常識都唔知.......而另一位所謂夏威夷大學博士梁燕城則歪曲中華信仰本意去做就基督教. 影音使團更令政府在金鎘危機前歹動用納稅人的金去建方舟樂園......那105位學生很可憐.....

中國人的道

但我地需知道分析需客觀, 我就不會把假設变成"事實", 再用這"假設性的事實", 去解决問題. 我會分析, 列出所有"可能原因", 遂一測試, 作計劃, 運用資源, 去解决問題.... 如果, 無沒解决, 就不需强求("假設性的事實")用去解决. 道原指人走的道路 ：所行道也 , 一達之謂道 ,意思道本來是指人所走的路。路 有許多種 , 有分岔的路 ， 有四通八達的路，只有沿一個方向延伸的路 ，才被稱 為" 道 " 。

科學方法就是用不同角度去分析事物, 設下徦設, 運用資源, 制定目標, 計劃執行, 分折結果...同孔明兵法十分相似, 可見中華古人的智慧!我們需用不同角度看事物, 用科學方法(分折, 運用資源, 練習, 預測)加強自信心, 奮鬥, 控制誘惑去破解疑難.   請勿誤會 我不是叫人去放棄信仰, 只是凡事要理智處事而己. 每一個人走的路方式是不同, 每人應用最合自已的方法去走他的路.但絕不能以踩人家的信仰, 講大話, 歪曲事實型式, 用人家的資源去造就自己信仰.

基因技術

科 學家早已事握可控制嬰兒容貌的基因已組技術. 現在在猴子研究中, 又可移去一些基因, 理論上, 人類已可把不良gene等除去, 我對基督教科學家吳宣倫博士所謂的《基因圖譜操控生死？》有所保留ｏ 再幾十或幾百年, 大家(如果還在生)就有可能見到幾百歲人出現. 可是"因為染色體會隨年月而出錯" 人始終都會死.

通常, d科學家發明了野就會申請專利權, 我去 US patent office website ( http://patft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/search-bool.html ), 查過佢有乜科技成就 (Wu, Daniel) 看看他是否真系科學家 (October 6, 2008), 我輸入 Wu, Daniel as inventor and Hewlett-Packard (all field) 冇結果.我再輸入 Wu, Daniel as inventor and Texas Instruments 又冇結果...???

科學家的客觀精神

世上任何一位學家都會從不同角度去分析問題, 在演講亦會說明不同的觀點. 就算吳宣倫博士從未有過"任何發明", 吳博士如果真是科學家, 有Ph.D.博士學位, 或受過高等研究訓練, 吳宣倫博士必會有客觀立場, 在"蛋先雞先"演講中, 吳博士應會指明是"疍先". ..... 或因信仰原因, 吳宣倫說"雞先"  但需說明科學家立場觀點和事實---"疍先" , 但看來, 吳宣倫博士並不清楚"蛋先或雞先", 即是話 "吳宣倫博士不是科學家"的可能性極高.

總結

影音使團除了明搶港人八億元去建挪亞方舟公園, 亦和這類科學家合作大放迷信! 他們目的何在? 大家心裡有數, 煩請大家, 小心行事, 勿誤入歧途, 多以分析理性處事!

因為香港教育以往不是通識, 加上, 香港是以商業為主, 再加上基督教及天主教早己攏斷香港中小學教育市場, 所以, 港人不太懂或不太留意科學. 傳教者看通此點, 以假科學,偽理性手段去傳教. 他們愛用大自然的"神祕", 來吸引, 疑惑"迷途者"入教, 傳教者常用的典型例句:

聖經話神在頭幾天造世界, 但演變過程卻是天天發生, 在實驗室可做新品種, 在自然亦現發新品種! 最"拿命" 的是聖經話神在大約在七千年前, 造世界, 但中國人在一萬三千年前已在中土聚居!

"人體幾咁複雜"是經過億年演變, 而很多品種因不適應氣侯而滅亡! 如果, 不是因氣侯突改, 恐龍可還是地球主宰!  很多傳教仕對科學有一定認識, 以偽科學手法, 說出"似對而非"的論點來誘年青人入會, 閣下只要細想和GOOGLE吓, 就知是"偽理性". 給大家一功課:

香港討論區亦在一天內移除了兒童床邊聖經故事的post，也是沒有任何解釋！
